How to apply

Step 1.

Choose your favourite Apple device and accessories with one of our in-store Experts and select your preferred repayment period to see the monthly repayment amount.

Trade in your iPhone, Mac or iPad for additional credit. We will give you a trade in value and we apply this to your new purchase to reduce your monthly payments even further.

Step 2.

Have your personal email address and phone number, plus valid photo ID such as driving license or your passport to hand. Klarna will then send you a link to complete your finance application which you can do in-store on your own smart phone, or one of the team will be able to assist.

Step 3.

Once you have made 12, 24 or 36 payments (depending on agreement), return the device in a pre agreed condition and we will settle the balance of your agreement. Then you’re ready upgrade to the latest iPhone, Mac or iPad.

Alternatively you can pay the balance off and keep the device.

Yes. We will give you a trade in value, upon inspection, which you can put towards the purchase of the new device.

The repayments cover the device and any accessories / services purchased.

Yes you can purchase with Easy Upgrade even if you have an existing contract with a carrier. However you are still responsible for honouring any existing commitments with your carrier.

Yes you can purchase for someone else. The person making the purchase is responsible for the loan and the return of the device and any communication regarding the program or the loan will be sent to them.

Yes – you are completely free to choose which device is right for you at the time you upgrade.

Depending on the time of year you purchase your iPhone, stock may be restricted and therefore it cannot be guaranteed.

Each application is made independently with Klarna and they will perform a credit check accordingly.

After you have paid off your loan, you’re Easy Upgrade contract is complete. You can rejoin Easy Upgrade by visiting a Stormfront store.

If your finance agreement is declined you can contact Klarna who may be able to advise further depending on circumstances.

No. When you return your device, subject to passing of inspection, we will close the loan for you.

If the device is replaced by Stormfront or an Apple Authorised Service Provider we can accept the replacement device.

Your product must be in good physical and operational condition when you upgrade. For a Product to be considered in good physical and operational condition, the Product must meet the following criteria:

  • power on and hold a charge;
  • have no functional faults found;
  • have an intact and functioning display, ports, speakers, cameras and input methods (including capacitive input, trackpad, buttons and keys, as appropriate);
  • displays should have no distortion or discolouration;
  • have no breaks, cracks, chips, deep scratches or excessive wear; and
  • have activation lock and any account locks or restrictions removed/disabled (you may be asked to disable at the time of upgrade);

If your Product is Mac then the following criteria also applies:

  • the desktop, setup display or Disk Utility display must be seen and inspected by an individual appointed by Stormfront;
  • no distortions or discolouration of the display or screen glass;
  • have no severe scratches on top or bottom enclosure deeper than 3mm;
  • have no dents larger than 13mm in length and larger than 6mm deep (3mm deep in corners); and
  • provide the original charger, power cable, keyboard, mouse and any other peripherals provided with the Product when it was purchased in working condition.

Your device should be in good working condition when it's time to upgrade. If your device is damaged, we will provide you with a price to repair the device to a suitable level to trade in and settle your agreement or offer you a lower trade in value. A payment would then be required to settle your agreement.

You have 14 days from entering into the Klarna agreement to change your mind without additional interest payments. If you wish to cancel the agreement during this period please visit your original store so that alternative payment can be made. After 14 days contact Klarna to settle the amount directly with them.

You are under no obligation to upgrade. You can continue making payments until the agreement has been settled and keep your device.
